In Padel, how do I choose my racquet shape?
If you are beginner, we recommend a lighter and circle shape, providing you with good control and high tolerance

If you are intermediate, we recommend a teardrop shape, providing with a good compromise between power and precision.

If you are advanced, we recommend a diamond shape. The racquet is more difficult to play with, but maximizes power.
Why is the padel racquet weight important?
The lighter racquets (350-365g) are easier to play, ideal for the beginners, women and players looking for comfort.

The heavier racquets (365-385g) bring additional power and stability, but requires a good physical condition.
How do Returns Work?
You purchased your product(s) from Tecnifibre.us
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you have the option to return the item, or your entire order, within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that certain products like underwear or final sale items, are not eligible for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Please follow the below steps to start your return:

Double check that your product(s) meet the return conditions (still with packaging, tags still on product, unworn/unused products, no cosmestic of physical damages, etc)
Go to your account and find the order with the item you would like to return
You can click in the top right corner on "Request Return". Please note that we charge a $7.50 return fee.
Our Customer Service Team will be notified and will review your request. If approved, you will be provided with a ready to go shipping label via email.
Once delivered at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 days, or contact you if there is an issue with your return.

Tecnifibre items not purchased through our official website must be returned to the physical or online store where they were purchased. Please contact them directly.
What are the delivery methods?
Your order will ship either through UPS or Fedex. The speed of delivery will depend from the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard (3 to 5 business days) or Express (2 to 3 business days)
How long is the warranty on the racquets?
Our racquets come with a 2-year warranty. However, this warranty does not apply in cases of improper use.
