RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You purchased your product(s) from Tecnifibre.us

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you have the option to return the item, or your entire order, within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note that certain products like underwear or final sale items, are not eligible for returns, exchanges and refunds. 

Please follow the below steps to start your return: 

1. Double check that your product(s) meet the return conditions (still with packaging, tags still on product, unworn/unused products, no cosmestic of physical damages, etc)
2. Go to your account and find the order with the item you would like to return
3. You can click in the top right corner on "Request Return". Please note that we charge a $7.50 return fee.
4. Our Customer Service Team will be notified and will review your request. If approved, you will be provided with a ready to go shipping label via email. 
5. Once delivered at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 days, or contact you if there is an issue with your return. 

You purchased your product(s)in a store or on an online website/marketplace

Tecnifibre items not purchased through our official website must be returned to the physical or online store where they were purchased. Please contact them directly.
