Description

The TF-40 290 16M V3 630cm² TECNIFIBRE adult tennis racquet represents ultimate precision for advanced competitive players and regular players.

In the TF-40 range, it is the most maneuverable model thanks to its 290 g weight, light enough to accelerate the racquet head while keeping good inertia to maintain power. A 630cm² head for more control and a 16x19 string pattern, tighter in the center, to promote spin while limiting string breakage. It is perfectly suited to regular players and advanced competitive players looking for control and stability.

The TF-40 range was designed to deliver the new generation of ultimate precision.

It is played on the Tour by Arthur Rinderknech and Martin Damm, as well as by many college players in the USA.

The frame geometry features "RS Sharp Section" technology, which optimizes frame flex at impact to keep control of your trajectories while maintaining a satisfying level of power. The racquet is also fully foam-filled with polyurethane foam to absorb shock and deliver its signature feel. The "Extense BG" grommets are wider and longer to let the strings breathe and keep the racquet responsive on off-center hits.

A highly designed cosmetic for this new TF-40 range, with its own universe. Tecnifibre's white base is enhanced with touches of khaki and neon orange in a bold graphic pattern. An ultra-modern look!

Tecnifibre's mission is to unlock every player's potential by offering products that combine high performance with unique elegance, all developed in the TECNILAB lab following one logic: Identify, Quantify, Solve.

"Control" racquets are traditionally designed with very classic thin, square sections and a conventional look.

With the TF-40 range, Tecnifibre brings precision designed for the new generation. A new generation of frame design to master your shots while being easier to play. Plus a new design with a high-performance, elegant look. Sold unstrung.

How do I choose my racquet grip size?

Choosing the right grip size is essential for preventing injuries and improving control.

It’s better to choose a grip that’s too small, since you can always add an overgrip (+0.5 to +1 size) to adjust the size.

The most accurate way to choose a grip size is to measure the distance from the tip of your ring finger to the center of your palm. The measurement you get corresponds to the appropriate grip size, which is defined by its diameter.

The conversion chart is available in our Size Guide, located to the right of the grip size selector on the racket’s product page.

How to choose the right tennis racquet weight?

Weight is an important factor in optimizing performance and comfort on the court.

Here are the criteria to consider:
- Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced
- Physical condition
- Playing style

Choose a lightweight racket (less than 280g) if you’re looking for a maneuverable racket that allows for a fast, volley-oriented game. They’re also a good option for players with arm injuries.

Choose a heavier racket (over 300g) if you have a muscular build and are looking for power for a baseline game.

You can also opt for intermediate weights (290–300g) for a versatile game.

Where I can see the size chart?
