CARBOFLEX 125 NS X-TOP V2

The TECNIFIBRE CARBOFLEX 125 NS X-TOP V2 125g squash racquet is designed to unleash every player's swing speed. It is suited to advanced competitive players and regular players, particularly women.

This racquet is very light (125g) and has a smaller grip circumference than the other racquets in the range for even greater maneuverability. Its 500cm² head size offers the perfect balance of power and stability. It also comes strung with Dynamix VP polyurethane multifilament, Tecnifibre's most responsive string. The TECNIFIBRE CARBOFLEX 125 NS X-TOP V2 125g squash racquet is ideal for advanced competitive players and regular players looking for maximum maneuverability.

The CARBOFLEX X-TOP V2 range pushes the boundaries of innovation with patented X-TOP technology. We removed the bumper (the protective strip on the racquet head) to create an entirely new head construction built 100% for performance. The bumper has been replaced by a combination of active fibers for maximum durability, speed and playability. Instead of the usual plastic bumper, the head uses a blend of aramid fibers, the most impact-resistant material, and a PTFE treatment that adds glide to protect the frame against abrasion from the floor and walls. Without a bumper, the racquet is much smoother and more aerodynamic for maximum swing speed and power. With plastic replaced by fiber, the racquet contains more fibers for greater responsiveness, fewer vibrations and more comfort.

The racquet's lines are shaped by the "Airshaft" section for improved aerodynamics and acceleration. The monoshaft construction is reinforced on both sides by "X-Arms" tendons to limit flex and deliver stability and precision on impact. To increase spin and forgiveness on off-center hits, the TECNIFIBRE CARBOFLEX 125 NS X-TOP V2 125g squash racquet features "Extended String Holes" technology: 12 grommet holes at specific points on the frame (3, 9 and 12 o'clock) have been widened to let the strings move freely and boost their elasticity.

The CARBOFLEX X-TOP V2 range is played on the Tour by squash legends Mohamed ElShorbagy, Nour El Sherbini, Nouran Gohar and many others at the top of the world rankings. These legends endorse our products and actively contribute to their development and technical evolution.

Tecnifibre's mission is to unleash every player's potential with products that combine high performance and unique elegance, all developed in the TECNILAB laboratory using one approach: Identify, Quantify, Solve.

In squash, players are always trying to improve their speed of execution, because the ball comes fast and more than half of all shots (58%) are played in the corners, with little space.

So how do you improve performance in such tight spaces?

The answer: swing speed!

That's what TECNIFIBRE's TecniLab set out to work on. Given the constraints of time and space, players need to be able to generate power through the acceleration of their racquet.

We tested hundreds of players in this fundamental situation. It turns out there are differences in acceleration between top players and club players: the better the player, the faster the swing.

Based on this data, we developed the new CARBOFLEX X-TOP V2 squash racquet range to increase racquet acceleration for every category of player.
